  2. Hello! My name is Rusty. I have something to tell you all about my books I have written. As you may know I am only 15 and I’m about to go to high school. Well, my books are like Harry Potter, but there are quite a lot of differences in the book. Now, first off, I might not want to publish them. I am contacting you to see if the items in my book are legiable. If there are too much activities that are the same in Harry Potter, let me know. Again, I might not publish my books. So the following is a discription on the things that is in my book. If there are too many similarities, let me know; and I won’t try to publish them. I’ll just discard them, and write something new. There is a school, but it’s not called Hogwarts. It’s called Hallow Academy. There are witches in my book, but they don’t use wands; they use their fingers to do their magic. There’s Sorcerers that use staffs. They do have a Potions Master and Potion Classes, but that’s mostly what magical people need is to learn potions. There will be new, made up ingredients that I have not seen or heard in Harry Potter. In my school, there are nine floors. Right when you enter the Academy, there will be a Dining Hall where they have their food that is served by ghosts. The way they get to their classes is that they go up a spiral staircase that takes them to all the floors. When a floor comes up, a door will appear to enter that floor. On the third floor is where the dormitories are. The doors are colored blue, red, green, purple, orange, and black. There are six grades in Hallow Academy. The First Graders wear blue. The Second wear red. The Third wear green. The Fourth wear purple. The fifth wear orange. The Sixth wear black. There will be an Incantation Classes, and a History of Magic class where they learn the History of magic, and creatures like the Tokoloshe. I’ve only thought of those three classes. When I think of more, I’ll consult them with you. There is an evil sorcerer that is wanting to destroy the Mortal Realm. My manuscript takes place in the Magic Realm. Not the Mortal Realm like in Harry Potter. Oh, and the heroes of the stories are called the “Chosen Ones.” They have a little mark on the palm of their left hand. Now on to the third and last of my manuscripts. In Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the Hallow part is in my book. I don’t know what J.K. Rowling’s Hallow is, but my book The Mind’s Eye and the Hallow, the Hallow is a power source that can control you, and possibly kill you. Oh, and there is a Head Master, but that’s what all schools need when the kids don’t go home ’till the end of the school year. That’s something in common with Harry Potter
    This whole email is to see if my books are quite different than Harry Potter. Are they quit different? Will I get in trouble if I publish my books with those activities in them?
