Listen to Jon Scieszka on NPR as he talks about his new book, Knucklehead. If you haven’t read it already, then run out and get it! I have seen several reviews saying that it misses its intended audience, but I completely disagree. My 7 and 11 year old sons adored having it read aloud to them.

Waking Brain Cells 
I just read my library copy on Friday afternoon – and could not stop laughing out loud! Then, I heard the NPR story on Saturday while driving, and again was overcome with laughter. I just booktalked it to my students today.
By the way, love to read your book reviews, it definitely gives me some titles I don’t always see from the vendors for my school library in PA. Thanks!
