Zoobean

zoobean

An intriguing new site about children’s book has opened in beta.  Zoobean is a website that seeks to offer “Remarkable books for kids.  Handpicked by parents.”  The site is very attractive, inviting you to explore deeper and deeper.  It has filters that let you easily narrow down the books you are looking for by format, recommended age, genre, language, topics and character backgrounds.  There is also a straight keyword search as well.

What Zoobean conveys best of all is an appreciation of books and the joy of connecting a child with the right book.  They have a “most loved” section and people who become members can also mark favorite books as their most loved items.
