Official site for author/artist Jules Feiffer who wrote one of my favorite read alouds, Bark George. Feiffer has a new book out, The Daddy Mountain, that I hope will also be added to my list of regular read-alouds.

Waking Brain Cells 
today my dad, known to us as daddy mountain, discovered this new book while reading stories to my little sister. both of them laughed and laughed while telling me about there adventure at the bookstore. both have said the book was the perfect discription of my little sisters adventures of climbing her daddy mountain. many shirts have been ripped and streched during her adventures. and to this day ,even now at 5 years old, her favorite perch is still the top of my dads head. for my family this book would not be in the fiction section. many thanks to mr. feiffer for this warm reminder of my sisters childhood. please note my dads e mail adress above, he thinks mr feiffer must have been sneaking around our house when my little sister used to climb her daddy mountain everyday.
