I have started a new project inspired by the recent talk on Child_Lit about children’s literature blogs. I have a del.icio.us page where I am compiling a list of those of us who blog about children’s literature. I have only worked on it in my free time yesterday, so it does need some refinement. Also, if you don’t see your blog listed, that means nothing because I am still working my way through my own bookmarks as well as those listed on other people’s blog rolls. If you want to make sure I won’t miss you, please comment here or send me an email: kidslit@menashalibrary.org.
The site is http://del.icio.us/kidslit. You can subscribe via RSS feed, if you like. It will also be added to my sidebar as a link.
Sounds like a great idea. If you wouldn’t mind, can you include Shen’s Blog? It is at http://www.shens.com/blog. Thanks!

Thanks for doing this! I haven’t quite figured out how to follow the threads on Child_Lit, let alone jump into the fray and get our blog (A Year of Reading) listed. You took care of it for me! Check that off my to-do list!!!

Can you add the http://www.JustOneMoreBook.com podcast blog?
The “Just One More Book!” podcast is a thrice-weekly audio on demand broadcast in which we discuss the children’s books we love and why we love them.
Episodes range in length from 5 to 12 minutes and can be played directly from our web page or downloaded to an ipod for listening on the go. Each episode is an informal discussion of one of our family’s favourite children’s books. Occasionally, the episodes feature interviews with authors, literacy related discussions or audio reviews submitted by our listeners.
Thanks!!

I’m now 19 and experiencing being a dad. I must say although it feels good it’s still hard. I knew it wouldn’t be easy but to be honest, the hard part is having to balance time. My daughter is great and makes managing her never dreadful. -Teen dad
